Jim’s personality is calm and collect which makes it easy to communicate and quickly solve any issues that arise. Along with that, Jim is able to communicate with a non-programmer, like myself, in a language that is understandable and not filled with the jargon that many other designers use. Jim has provided value in service by keeping his rates affordable but not sacrificing in the quality of service. Any time I have called or emailed it was responded to efficiently and professionally. Many of my correspondences with Jim have been in the evening, as I work a full time job during the day. Jim has never turned me down if I needed something done right away.
